SearchContextMissingException - Duplication at Output

Anyone knows what is this?

duplicate org.elasticsearch.search.SearchContextMissingException: No search context found for id

I keep getting this in my logstash when I opened up many indexes on the elasticsearch server. This elasticsearch server is used as the input to my logstash. Data duplication will occur at the output when I see this error.

Elasticsearch Version 2.3.4 (Input Source) (1 node)
Logstash 2.3.4
Elasticsearch Version 2.3.4 (Output Source) (4 nodes)

This problem will not appear if I were to have less indexes opened at the input source elasticsearch
