Show year properly in dates on posts

Dates on posts are sometimes shown as something like Apr '16 or Jul '18.

Initially I thought that the number was a date, because my eyes missed the '. And then I wondered what year that post was in. Better usability could be achieve by showing the years properly. 2016 instead of '16. It's only one more character and so much clearer.

Great suggestion! I've changed that now so let us know how that looks.

Looks good, thanks. (Though it was actaully quite hard to find a post more than a year old to look at when I wanted to because these forums don't do pagination of post threads. it's impossible to easily and quickly skip to older posts when the list just scrolls for ever and ever.)
