I have a slow network from logstash to elasticsearch cluster, anyone can share any ideas about how to do speed limit like <5M/s ? or traffic control?
Or please let me know how to do from filebeat to logstash?

Logstash and Filebeat don't have any built-in rate limit support so you'll have to look into using iptables or similar.
