Temp downtimes, OptionalDataException (500) on ALL APIs (AWS)

Hello all!

For those interested, I could not reproduce the issue on a self-managed 7.9.1.

AWS support has fixed the issue and they have deployed a release candidate on my cluster.

I have found the commit for the fix here:
