I hope, you can help me with my problem 
I have configured a logstash server with the tcp input plugin and client tls authentication enabled.
So far everything works great and as long as the network quality is fine, everything is looking great and works as expected. However the service is used by devices which won't always have a great network connection.
The issue I am running into is, that if the tls client hello after the initial tcp connection buildup takes longer than 10s, logstash or the tcp input plugin seems to terminate the connection.
I am able to reproduce the issue each and every time. However I am not able to find any configuration where I could tune that timeout. Do you maybe have any idea?
