Tone down the "Running health check" messages

I'm getting this every 5 sec:

[2016-11-01T14:25:39,416][INFO ][logstash.outputs.elasticsearch] Running health check to see if an Elasticsearch connection is working {:url=>#<URI::HTTP:0xdeadbeef URL:http://~hidden~:~hidden~@foo:9200>, :healthcheck_path=>"/"}

Could that be DEBUG instead?
