UDP worker dies unable to bind to port

Hi,

I am trying to collect netflow from an ASA. My UDP worker dies saying it cannot bind to port. It dies .002 seconds after starting. When I run an lsof -nPi on the port there is nothing connected to the port. When I run it without the port I see nothing trying to bind to the port.
