Unable to download getting a 403

Hello,

We are using Chocolatay to install some packages on our Windows Server. I tried to install winlogbeat, which downloads the file from https://artifacts.elastic.co/downloads/beats/winlogbeat/winlogbeat-7.15.1-windows-x86_64.zip.

But I get a 403 from this server. I guess that this server is blocked since other IPs are able to download. What is the correct way to get a delist? Also interested why we were blocked.

I'm unable to download it. I get a 403 on this page.

I understand now. Below is a link to some sites where you can check your IP reputation and try to remove it from a blacklist:

Or you can try using online proxy sites as well as using a VPN
