Unable to parse only one conf file present in conf.d

HI Team,
I have installed logstash rpm package on to my prodcution environment. I am able to start the service OK and was able to check the new conf file with bin/logstash --debug option

but starting it as a service, i find invalide configuration error for the only one conf file present in /etc/logstash/conf.d

[2018-11-02T03:02:11,234][FATAL][logstash.runner          ] The given configuration is invalid. Reason: Expected one of #, input, filter, output at line 5, column 1 (byte 221) after # This file is where you define your pipelines. You can define multiple.

There is something wrong with the syntax of your configuration file. If you send it here, one can help you maybe.

Ahhh and i guess, you did someting with your pipelines.yml file. Try to copy this file to another folder. It doesn't work for me in /etc/logstash/conf.d
When i copy this file to /etc/logstash it works for me.
