Unable to parse xml file

Elastic Stack Logstash

Hi, I am new to elastic stack .
I am parsing my xml file to elasticsearch via logstash . But is unable to get any output neither in logstash nor kibana.
I am using version 7.2.0 on windows 8.
can anyone please help?
