Unable to run Logstash : Logstash Error

HI,

I'm using elk 7.3.2 version and im not able to run the logstash due the following error.

This is the only error its showing
Please help me solve it.

can you enable debugging on logstash.yml and run this. that will give you more information.

That's the only log i'm getting with debug enabled in logstash.yml.
