Unable to start winlogbeat on windows server 2012

Hi,

I am new to this world....

1.I read a few of the topic related to this error.
2. i am using centos as my EKL server.
3. i installed winlogbeat on a windows 2012 machine and trying to started the service, also in PS with -c -e -d "*".
4. this is a POC, so i am trying to use TLS and not ssl.
5. what do i need to configure in beats.conf file and what do i need to configure in the winlogbeats.yml in the windows machine ?
