Use throttle plugin to detect brute force attempt

Hi everyone,

I would like to detect bruteforce by using the throttle plugin but I'm not really sure that it is possible. For the input I'm using a csv file for the moment that contains logs with timestamp. Have someone already do the same thing or just now how to do it ?
