Useragent filter not working properly

Hi,

On my ELK Stack 7.6.0 the useragent logstash filtering not working properly. It doesn't able to get the %{os_major} and %{os_minor} when useragent used from windows or linux OS.

But if used iOS or Android able to get the said fields.

Anyone can help me please...
