Using Kafka as Staging for Logstash Pipelines to club diffrent fields from diffrent logstash pipelines and push to Elasticsearch as a single document

Hi Team,
We have Logstash Pipeline which receives input from diffrent paths pushed by filebeat , but we have requirement where we need to club diffrent fields which will be processed at diffrent time stamps and push as a single document to elasticsearch .
Please suggest what can be made possible here . we are planning to bring in kafka , but not sure can we stage in topics and process .
