hello, i have configured metricbeat i can visualise logs but i want to monitor the host using the infrastructure tab. how to do this , what is the right configuration ?

i'm using the last version 7.0.1.
i have this configuration network.host: localhost (elasticsearch)
when i change the network host to my ip address elasticsearsh fail . how to solve this problem ?
