Why I need to restart my logstash to add logs in index from my logfile?

I am creating an application where I need to retrieve all logs from log file in particular index.
I have installed logstash, kibana and elasticsearch (version 6.3.2) by NSSM
Any time there is new log, I need to restart my logstash service from windows to see changes in index and kibana charts therefore. I can't find any error in logs of logstash.
I am unable to find the reason, any idea on the same please?
