This doc Connecting ServiceNow | Workplace Search Guide [7.17] | Elastic says the ServiceNow connector indexes "items". What is meant by items? What category of data is this? I use ServiceNow and do not have a type of data known as items. Does the connector index change tickets from ServiceNow? THanks.

Thanks for identifying this gap in our docs. That should read Requested Items
, not Items
. As in Requests -> Items. I'll get that fixed.
It does not index change tickets. If you have a support relationship with Elastic, please submit that as an Enhancement Request.
