Xml filter array in field

Hello I have a XML file wich contains many elements, I played around with the XML filter for logstash wich only gives me 2 arrays

I need to interconnect the two arrays. To eventually I want to get one field in which the of the field name taken from the first array and the corresponding value from the second array. Please tell me how can I do that?
