Well, seems like people have started to use 0.17 and some problems have
already bubbled out. I would suggest watching this list for bugs:

The most important one is that it seems like the
network.tcp.connect_timeout default value change is problematic (reduced
from 30s to 2s), so in 0.17.1 it will revert back to 30s. Also, realtime get
with source compression enabled fails.
I will give this version a couple of more days, and then release 0.17.1.
Will continue to update this thread if there are updates...
