I've opened an issue
(https://github.com/elasticsearch/elasticsearch-cloud-gce/issues/40) that
currently renders the GCE plugin and therefore ES V1.4 unusable in
environments that utilize the network.publish_host configuration parameter.
In my case a docker container, the GCE plugin ends up using the node's "ip"
instead of the publish_host given.
