2 Nodes stuck in a starting state on cloud.elastic.co

My Cluster ID is 9f1c18.

We're seeing two instances stuck in a Starting state. They have been like this for a few days now.


We've not got any response in the last 48 hours when going through email to support@elastic.co so I'm posting here in the hopes that I'll get some support.

Because this is going on, I'm seeing the following message in the configuration tab:

A change is already being applied to this cluster. Wait until it is done before changing again.

We'd like to update our elasticsearch cluster and also make several other changes, and we'd like to do it right. Thanks for your help!

If you have cloud standard here is information about response times


Our Elastic Cloud Standard support does not have a guaranteed initial or ongoing response time, but we do strive to engage on every issue within 3 business days. We do not offer weekend coverage, so we will respond Monday through Friday only.

So normally 3 days max. May be wait a little more?
I'm sure the team will reach you soonish.
