7.0 upgrade assistant not available in `-oss` docker images

Hi there,

in version 5.6 the 6.0 upgrade assistant was also available to non xpack users. For 7.0 one however, the upgrade assistant is only available when using the "basic" images, not the -oss ones. Are there any plans to make the upgrade assistant available for -oss users as well?

I don't think there's that plan.
It's available for free with the standard distribution.

Unless you have specific restrictive company policy, I'd recommend using the default distribution. It comes with so many features for free.
