A slides show helpful to learn about ES internals

Hi everyone,

Recently I have been learning the internal architecture of Elasticsearch
for fun and for learning java projects in large scale, by briefly reading
the code inside Eclipse and make notes. I found a slide show from
@spinscalehttp://twitter.com/spinscale
helpful:

http://spinscale.github.io/elasticsearch-intro-plugins/

This slides show briefly covers some ES internals, and mainly covers the
plugins system.

I found its content helpful to understand the internal structure of ES, so
I recommend it here in case someone else is also interested in it.

Regards.

Hey,

thanks. Note, that this presentation is already a year old, so dont wonder
if certain things are out of date (the truth is always the source code :-).
The same applies to a similar talk I gave at berlin buzzwords barcamp this
year, see (especially the faceting part is outdated)
