About filebeat test modules feature

Hi,
I'd like to inquiry does it possible to have the feature about filebeat to have test modules feature like metricbeat same feature?

I feel metricbeat test modules is good for testing the modules working well, but filebeat didn't have same feature.
Please consideration this and thanks.

Hi @jerrywang1974,

Thanks for this suggestion, indeed this would be really useful. Metricbeat and filebeat modules have quite a different nature so it wouldn't be so straightforward to support the same in filebeat, but I think that something could be done.
Could you open a new issue in github for this feature request?
