Access elasticsearch service installed on elastic-server via application servers

I am running elasticsearch 6.4.0. on my server.
Now i want to use the same service on other application server.

how?

From which language, technology?

I mean that:

curl ip:9200

Should work if you configured correctly your elasticsearch node.
