Hello. Can I give rights to edit dashboards if users own it. And do not allow editing other people's dashboards?
There's currently no notion of "owning" dashboards inside Kibana, but it's something that's currently being worked on. You can track the progress here: https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/18178
