Accessing the logstash_sqlite in logstash-input-mongodb plugin

Hello,
Im using the logstash-input-mongodb plugin to ingest data into Elastic Search from MongoDB, using logstash. I would like to know if the logstash_sqlite can be accessed to know what in the latest _id and also if this _id can be modified.
