Add Reference Line missing for line chart

Hi,
I am using Kibana v7.15 where I have created line charts. I want to add Reference Line but the option is missing. Is this feature not present in v7.15 because in v7.17 I am getting the option?
Or is there a permissionissue?

correct - this feature is not present in 7.15....it was added in 7.16
