Adding specific Log Format to logstash

i m working with logstash 5.1.2 and i m having specific logs from my application i want to know if i can create a log format for my logs so that i can subdivise them then make a customized one for elasticsearch output

You can copy and paste in a log and write out the pattern you want to use for it.

good morning,
please could you tell me how can i receive 3 different logs then with
logstash i devide them and use only fiels that i need for doing statistics
and monitoring
