Advanced watcher to capture JVM thread count from APM Data

Team,

I have a need to monitor JVM.THREAD count from APM data and need to create a watcher if it exceeds certain value.

This to be applied to only few set of hosts on Particular Index, Can you suggest or if have any such watcher handy please share.

I am unable to define only look for Particular host.name
