After upgrading the stack using yum on centos7, I see elastic search is running fine using systemctl cli. I notice that kibana service keeps restarting. From the log file I see this error:
FATAL Error: Unknown uiExport types: embeddableActions from embeddable_api
Can someone help me with this issue?
Directly running the cli, I see the output shown below:
sudo /usr/share/kibana/bin/kibana

Can you try downloading and installing a fresh instance of Kibana and seeing if it boots up? I don't think this should have anything to do with your data or upgrading. Would be interesting to verify that to see if you can run a brand new download of 7.3.2 with no data, or just sample data.
I can only think something is corrupt, something to do with your OS, or perhaps something in your specific setup is changing plugin instantiation order.
I wonder if adding the line import 'uiExports/embeddableActions'; in the embeddable_api plugin somewhere would solve it. Maybe something is importing the embeddable api before that line gets executed. It's just very strange that the error is not encountered in other environments.
