Alert on Windows event id to be grouped by and include hostname

Hi, I would like to run an alert on a specific windows log event id.
This alert should be grouped on hostname.
So, if 3 hosts generate this alert i would like 3 separate alerts logged.
However, i can't seem to do this.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can create 3 different alerts, each filtering on the hostname. Or just have one alert and include the hostname in the notification from Alerting, since if you have the alert on a specific log event id, i assume you want one when that log event id is found.
