Alert When Cluster Changes to Yellow or red?

I have a ES cluster with 2 client nodes and 4 data nodes. How do i setup an alert to email/slack when my cluster status changes from Green to Yellow or Red?

For Elasticsearch 2.x that plugin is called Watcher and is part of the commercial offerings of Elastic.

@cbuescher Is there any way to do it from Datadog?
