[ANN] ElasticSearchLight cluster light service for delcom & hue

Put this together this morning. It assumes you have both the delcom led
and Phillips hue lights, but you can rip either out.

Can you describe how the hardware is supposed to be setup?

Phillips Hue is an LED bulb that plugs into normal light sockets. It's capable of a wide range of colors, and is controlled by a REST interface.

Delcom offers three-color led lamps on a pole that plug in as a USB HID device.

I'm using these in my office to keep an eye on the status of our production cluster.
