APM doesn't work with enabled RPM from NewRelic

When I enable both agents (APM Ruby Agent, and RPM agent) only the RPM Agent send the data.

We want to get rid of RPM in favour of APM, but we need to run both for a evaluation period.

How I can use the APM Ruby agent if I'm using already RPM from NewRelic?
