Description of the problem including expected versus actual behaviour. Please include screenshots (if relevant):
APM is showing very unusual behaviour .
I am monitoring a part of my services by using transaction.
Whenever few simultaneous requests are sent on the service and transaction is monitored in the service , the response time is shown in negative (-159023655802995 ms).
Whenever this happens Elasticsearch also becomes very slow and stops responding for some time at the time APM dashboard is opened
Below is a screenshot

.
Can anyone please help?

Hi and welcome to the forum

You are using a very old version of the Java agent. I'd suggest updating to the latest version.

Cheers,
Felix

Hi @felixbarny.
Will the problem be solved after upgrading and is this a known bug.
For upgrading the java agent , i will have to upgrade APM-server version and for that i have to upgrade whole ELK stack.
Will the problem be surely solved after upgrading??

I'm pretty certain that this will fix the issue.
