Assistance required to recover an Elasticsearch cluster

I need some assistance in recovering an Elasticsearch cluster. Here are the environment details:

Elasticsearch version: 5.5.2
Master nodes: 3
Data nodes: 3
Client nodes: 2

(Most recent) master nodes logs:
Note: Each master node shows the same logs.

I've tried re-creating the Master and Client nodes but it appears that the Masters do NOT join the cluster. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
