Automatic create index at 12 AM IST

Hi Team,

I have a problem that automatic index is created at 5:30 according to UTC . But I want that index should be created at 12 AM according to IST ( INDIAN Standard time). What should I do?

Kindly, help me out . I am searching for this from last 7 days.

Logstash will only create indices at 0000 UTC.
