I use snapshot to S3 but its not possible to recover or make simultanious backups or recoveries.
There is a way to do this? I have large index and I thing in the future 24 hours is not sufficient to make the day backup 
Backup and restore is not concurrent on a single cluster.
It's not really clear what you are trying to do though.
