Beats on SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 (X86_64)

Hello Experts,

I was have installed Metricbeat and Filebeat Version 7.16.3 on SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 (X86_64) but its not working. No data is flowing in Elasticsearch Index.

I have copied same Metricbeat and Filebeat Version 7.16.3 package (with no change) on SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 (X86_64), here it works fine and send data to ES Index.

Please suggest what should I do ?
Which version of Beats to be used for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 (X86_64) ?

You can find the support matrix on our website: Support Matrix | Elastic. It lists the officially supported distributions for each minor version of our products.

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 is not listed there for Beats, that might be the cause of the issue. You could try updating to the latest Beats version, 8.3.3, but because SLES 11 is not on the support matrix, it's not guaranteed to work.
