Best way to analyse storage of elastic search data nodes

Hi Team,

Now a days my ES storage is increasing rapidly even though we are deleting the indices older than 100 days. but still we are not clear why indices are consuming more storage.

Could any one suggest what are the best ways to analyse the storage and best methods to maintain ES
