Bin/logstash --modules netflow --setup not working

Enabled netflow module for logstash and imported the netflow* index but kibana visualisations and dashboard are not importing

using this command from the instructions:
bin/logstash --modules netflow --setup

Receive bunch of errors i have tried to change the directory path but no luck yet.
