Build a UI for Watcher activities {Feature}

In Elastic Stack, great to know that we have added Users and Roles in Management Tab which provides UI for Shield operations making anyone use Shield easily.

It will be great if we can create a UI for performing Watcher operations on the data from UI itself without fiddling with the API's as it will make it's usage easier.

Hey,

a watcher UI is on our roadmap for doing exactly this - we dont have however an exact date.
