Hi all,
I've been working with Elasticsearch a lot for the past two years.
Although I come from a relational background, I've avoided using ES' SQL altogether, assuming that it couldn't do anything that the ES JSON search DSL couldn't do and that SQL was only provided for users who are more familiar with SQL and where SQL might be more succinct.
Do I have the wrong idea? Can ES SQL do things that ES search JSON DSL can't do?
Thanks!
