Can i configure ubuntu server that i will install in it elasticsearch with static ip from my home wifi to make this address to elasticsearch configuration or i will let the ubuntu server have an address rom the dhcp wifi what's the recommanded ? thanks

There's no real official recommendation here, as it will be based on your networking setup, Given you are using it at home, using a static IP might make more sense,
