Can’t access es instances from outside network

Hello,
I have 3 es instances on my company server,on ports 9200,9201,9203
from my company network i can access all of them, but from outside network (via wifi for example)
I can access to instance on port 9200 only, but not to 9201,9203.
what can be the problem?
