Cannot log into Kibana using the standard UN and PW

I have tried accessing Kibana using both my "Elastic Training" e-mail and password. I was then advised to use the standard log in ("training" username and password). I still cannot access Kibana. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks, Ella.
