Cannot open http://ip address:9200 on browser

Hello, i am a beginner in this program. I want to manage my nginx logs by using ELK Stack. However, i encountered problem where i cant open it on my browser just like below.

(I used my own ip address but not worked).I have used curl and it worked on my server. I tried many ways such as uncomment my config files, using systemctl restart, edit config files and etc..The result still the same.
