Can't connect remotely to ES

I downloaded Elasticsearch 5.2 on a Linux 16.04 server running on Azure and ran it. I can curl port 9200 locally but cannot do so remotely. I changed network.host to 0.0.0.0 in elasticsearch.yml and have ensured that ports 9200 and 9300 are open on Azure. I was wondering if anybody might have insight as to the issue.

Uh, OK... weird... while I was copying logs and getting screenshots, it appears to have worked now... Sorry for wasting your time.

I'm going to assume it was the network I was on because that was the only thing that changed between when I was having issues and now.
